In the present study, based on single organic ligand as bridging linker and metal trimer as structural nodes, a new pillared-layer coordination polymer with the chemical formula of [Co3
(TDC)4
]n
·2DMA
(H2
TDC = 2,5-Thiophenedicarboxylic acid, DMA = dimethylamine), has been synthesized and structurally
characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and the elemental analysis. After the construction of the
animal model, the synthesized compound was used for anesthesia. Next, the blood pressure of the animal
was measured with Non-invasive blood pressure monitor blood pressure monitoring. Then, the expression of
the α receptor on the vascular endothelial cells was determined with real time RT-PCR assay, with fentanyl
used as the positive control drug.
