Treatment Activity of a New In(III) Complex on Pediatric Bronchopneumonia by Reducing the Survival of Streptococcus pneumoniae

Abstract

A new three-dimensional indium(III) coordination polymer with the chemical formula of {[In(TATB)
(H2
O)]DMF}n
(1) has been successfully manufactured by reaction from the In(NO3
)3
·6H2
O with the conjugated
carboxylate-based tritopic linker 4,4’,4’’-(1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-triyl)tribenzoic acid (H3
TATB) in a mixture of DMF
and CH3
CN in the presence of HNO3
as the additive. Furthermore, the biological values of the new compound on
the Pediatric bronchopneumonia were measured, and related mechanism was also studied here. To begin with this
study, the ELISA detecting was conducted and the content of the IL-1β and TNF-α released into the alveolar lavage
fluid was determined. Additionally, surviving gene’s relative expression of the Streptococcus pneumoniae was
measured with real-time RT-PCR.
RESUMEN. Un nuevo polímero de coordinación tridimensional de indio (III) con la fórmula química de {[In(TATB)
(H2
O)]DMF}n
(1) se ha fabricado con éxito mediante la reacción del In (NO3
)3
6H2
O con el enlazador tritópico a
base de carboxilato conjugado 4,4’,4’’-(1,3,5-triazina-2,4,6-triil) ácido tribenzoico (H3TATB) en una mezcla de
DMF y CH3CN en presencia de HNO3
como el aditivo. Además, se midieron los valores biológicos del nuevo
compuesto en la bronconeumonía pediátrica y también se estudió el mecanismo relacionado. Para comenzar con
