Abstract

A new three-dimensional (3D) coordination polymer (CP) {[Co(TTPA)]·1.5DMA}n (1) was successfully synthesized via solvothermal reaction of a bifunctional ligand 2,5-bis-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-terephthalic acid
(H2
TTPA) and Co(NO3
)
2
·6H2
O in a mixed solvent of DMA and water at 120 °C for three days. In the biological
section, the activity of the new compound in thoracic trauma combined with multiple rib fractures therapy was
evaluated and the mechanism of the new compound was explored at the same time. Firstly, the content of IL-6 and
IL-8 released in to the plasma was determined with ELISA assay after compound treatment. In addition to this,
the relative expression of the wnt signaling pathway after treatment was evaluated with real time RT-PCR assay
