Abstract

In the current study, via using the mixed-ligand synthesis approach, two new Cu(II) and Zn(II)-containing coordination polymers (CPs) with the chemical compositions of [CuL(bimb)0.5]n
(1, bimb = 1,4-bisimidazole)
and {[ZnL (bimmb)]·DMF}n
(2, bimmb = 4-bis(imidazole-1-ylmethyl)benzene) have been successfully prepared
by reaction of the corresponding metal salts with the 3,3´-azodibenzoic acid (H2
L) ligand in the presence of different N-donor co-ligands. Their application values of the new compounds on endometritis were evaluated and the
related mechanism was explored at the same time. Firstly, the ELISA assay was conducted and the inflammatory
cytokines was measured after compound treatment. In addition to this, the activation of the NF-κB signaling pathway was determined with real time RT-PCR.
