Child Rights Problems and Protection in India - A Study

Abstract

The Indian constitution guarantees children's rights that cover important issues including "health," "education," and protection against "extreme circumstances" and "exploitation. Children in India are much more affected than children in other countries, despite the existence of several legislative protections. Child abuse is identified as the primary hurdle to a child's growth. Despite the fact that there are numerous laws protecting children's rights, millions of kids in India still struggle with complex problems in a variety of areas of their lives. The aim of the Research article is to highlight the Child Rights Problems and Protection in India.
