Abstract

Cancer is characterized as an aberrant cell proliferation that can result in life-threatening malignancies that are costly for sufferers and the healthcare system. These phytochemical constituents have the potential to act as chemoprotective and chemotherapy agents in various types of cancer since they have long been employed for the prevention and management of a wide range of illnesses. Significant anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative, antineoplastic, and immunomodulatory qualities are among these effects, which have also been discussed in the literature. The limited absorption of polyphenolic compounds is one of the issues with their application. Numerous formulations have been created to increase the bioavailability of these substances, with nanonization being one of the most well-known. The goals of this study were to review current research on molecular anticancer mechanism of action of natural polyphenols Nano formulations as chemo preventive and anticarcinogenic medicines.
