Educational Rights Of Children With Special Needs In India: An Analysis

Abstract

Inclusive education is concept of learning and participation of all children together in the same class room. Inclusive education is about assuring a meaningful and quality education to all the children who wish to study. It can be done by adopting and improving education system in order to fulfilling different needs of students by way of developing a welcoming, courteous, supporting manner and responsive education system. The main aim of this research paper is to study provisions related to education of Children with Special Needs and executive action of government for synchronisation of Right to Education Act 2009 and Rights of Persons with Disability Act 2016.
