Abstract

Social media empowered customers to engage differently with their brands. Customers are demanding immediate and direct communication, so old processes need to be re-evaluated and updated to accommodate a new communication approach. The main aim of this study is to find the impact of brand customization on customer satisfaction. The data collected from the customers using social media marketing to purchase apparels. This shows that the custom branding is useful to maintain companies consistent brand identity recognizable to customers easily and used to fulfill customer’s expectations.
