Review Of Mental Stress In Employees Of The Business Process Outsourcing Industry

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the B.P.O. industry is considered a Boom industry. The young generation is fetched in the B.P.O. sector due to highly paid jobs and entry in this sector is very easy as compared to other sectors.  Demand for luxury, and high-income spending; these needs are fulfilled through these jobs. But at the same time, BPO employees suffer from lots of physical and mental issues due to the nature of work in the BPO industry.  This study analyses the mental stress in BPO employees due to their nature of work and the interpretation of these causative factors from an Ayurvedic perspective.
