The study involved 100 pregnant women and used a quantitative methodology. Using a purposive sample technique, the participants were selected. A standardised questionnaire was used to evaluate the health concerns, coping mechanisms, and knowledge on the management of vomiting and nausea at home. According to the study's findings, the majority of pregnant women (58%) are moderately concerned, while 25% are severely concerned and 17% are mildly concerned. The survey also found that the majority of pregnant women had moderate knowledge (56%) about home management of nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, followed by inadequate knowledge (37%), and 7% had adequate knowledge. Based on the research results, it highlights the importance of addressing these concerns through the development of an instructional booklet and the distribution of knowledge. This educational booklet could be used as a tool to improve home management abilities and reduce health concerns among pregnant women by encouraging them upgrade their knowledge and implement practises at the community level. In conclusion, the study provides information on the health concerns, coping mechanisms, and home management of vomiting and nausea amongst pregnant women in Gurugram, Haryana.
