Dental anomalies and non-metric morphological traits as Forensic tool for personal identification: a systematic review

Abstract

Identification of an unknown person during natural and artificial mass disasters like earthquakes, Tsunami, plain crash, brutal murders, terrorist attacks etc., is one of the most challenging and integral part of forensic science. Identification needs presence of unique and individualistic features on the basis of which the investigation can be carried out.
