Development and validation of new stability indicating method for assay of valganciclovir in Solid oral dosage form

Abstract

To explore recent advancements in HPLC instrumentation and column technology for stability-indicating analysis. Valganciclovir is a prodrug of ganciclovir which has been developed for the treatment of cytomegalovirus (CMV) retinitis in patients with AIDS.. Aim of this study was to develop, optimize and validate novel stability-indicating RP-HPLC methods for Valganciclovir in solid oral dosage forms.
