Abstract

Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) have attracted significant attention due to their unique physicochemical properties and potential applications in various fields, including biomedicine. In this research paper, we present a facile and eco-friendly method for synthesizing silver nanoparticles using plant extracts derived from Sickle wild and Neem plant. The plant extracts serve as both a reducing and stabilizing agent, eliminating the need for hazardous chemicals or high-energy processes. In nanotechnology, we can research the antibacterial characteristics of herbs and improve their effects by working with nanoparticles. In this study, we have synthesised individual silver nanoparticles of Neem (Azadirachta indica) leaf extract and Sickle wild (Cassia tora) leaf extract respectively.

This research paper highlights the Biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles using Sickle wild and Neem plant extracts and explores their potential biomedical applications. The eco-friendly synthesis approach and the inherent antimicrobial and cytotoxic properties of the synthesized nanoparticles make them highly attractive for various biomedical applications.
