Abstract

In terms of cancer-related mortality worldwide, colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most prevalent type of cancer to be diagnosed. The rate of death from colorectal cancer is steadily rising, which is partly due to a lack of diagnostic biomarkers and an incomplete understanding of the underlying molecular mechanisms.  This research aims to address this challenge by developing a novel machine learning model that includes genetic mutation data and demographic information for precise risk assessment.
